When someone cares about you and is concerned about you, they have you in mind
and this is felt in the core of who we are. ‘These relationships are the ecology in
which we become human’. Oliver Morgan.

My name is Jane and have been working therapeutically with people for over 30 years.

I work with general counselling and, I specialise in working with Compulsive sexual Disorder and Sex Addiction for those who are experiencing it, and those who care for them, I also specialise in depression, trauma, anxiety, self-esteem and psychosexual issues. I have experience working with neurodiversity, particularly autism.

I am a holistic, integrative therapist and come from a place of compassion and empathy. I provide a safe, therapeutic space for my clients. I am supportive, motivational and passionate about building a collaborative relationship with all my clients.

Every individual is unique, I use a holistic approach and listen to what my clients need. This may include recommendations to improve diet, exercise, and sleep or ways to improve your social or creative life. I will guide you every step of the way, always by your side, supporting you and never judging you.

Few things are more fulfilling for me than the moments of clarity when I feel I am exactly the therapist my client needs at that point in time and I know they are going to leave the session feeling better about themselves and more confident about change. Connection, healing, listening, guiding someone to enable them to grow and giving people hope is what I love to do.

No judgement will ever take place during my therapy sessions. We are often our own worst enemies where self-judgement is concerned. With me you will feel completely safe, validated and heard.

If you aim to be something you are not you will always fail. Aim to be you. Aim to look, act and think like you. Aim to be the truest version of you.
